General Information
This is the regional championships for athletes in the "open" age group of USATF. Athletes from outside our region are welcome to compete as guests. Non-US athletes are welcome to compete as guests.
The winning mens and womens teams will win $600 in reimbursements toward travel expenses to the 2014 USATF National Club Track & Field Championships which will be held in Tacoma on July 11-12.
Team scoring will be 5-3-2-1

Eligibility
2014 USATF Membership Required
Minimum Age: 14 for women, 16 for men.
Please note that only the open implements and hurdles will be used, this means the 110H are 42" tall, which is higher than the HS height, and the shot put and discus are heavier than the HS implements.
There is no maximum age, however, only the open implements and hurdles will be used, there are no masters divisions at this meet. For more masters meets, visit http://www.pntf.org/masters/
There are no qualifying standards, however, for the vertical jumps, please see the approximate opening heights below.

WPV: 2.45m (8-0.50)
MPV: 3.35m (10-11.75)
WHJ: 1.30m (4-3.25)
MHJ: 1.65m (5-5)

This is the only event with qualifying standards: men 36:00 women 40:00 in 2013 or 2014, road races OK. You must provide one lap counter/timer. No entry fee for this event only. USATF membership required.

Parking at West Seattle Stadium is very limited. Please carpool as much as possible, and allow extra time for parking.
Registration
Entry fee: $20 per athlete, unlimited events! On-time registration runs through 6/10/14. Late registration is 6/11 and 6/12, $30 per person.
