Minutes from the PNTF Annual Meeting (Masters portion) of Sept. 16, 2007 approved as presented.
Treasurer's Report: Balance as of Sept 16, 2007 was $7,050.63 minus $332.50 for the Wt./Super Wt. Parks fees of Oct. 5 & 6, 2007 leaving a balance of $6,718.13 as of Oct. 2, 2007. Balance from the Seattle Classic of $216.75 will be kept in a seperate account in lieu of paying the officials. Also, the entry fees for the Wt./Super Wt. will be deposited into the same separate Masters account.
Events:
Oct. 5th & 6th, 2007, Nat'l Wt./Super Wt. & Ultra Wt.: George Mathews will be event director and in charge of the awards and t-shirts. We have 5 officials for the hammer on the 5th and 12 or 13 officials for the remainder of the Meet on the 6th.
Oct. 28th, 2007, PNTF X/C: Masters competition will be a 6K at 10 a.m. There will be team & individual monetary awards with team and Association medals - 3 per 5 yr. age divisions.
Nov. 18th, 2007, Reg'l and US/Canada Challenge X/C: Course is a 2K loop with the Masters Women doing a 6K and the Masters Men an 8K at 11:30 a.m.
Old Business:
Ribbions and medals have been ordered for the Masters X/C.
Nat'l Wt./Super Wt. application for 2009 & 2010 has been submitted for approval in Honolulu at the 2007 Convention.
Next Masters Meeting will be held on Nov. 6th, tuesday at the Langenbachs commencing at 7:00 p.m.
